1945年生まれ。10歳から油絵などを始める。高校美術教諭や国内外のアート活動を経て、高校教諭退職後、さくら咲く学校のアトリエ兼絵画教室等で活動している。18年、羽鳥とともに原泉アートプロジェクトを始める。

Born 1945. Cheiko Nakase began oil painting at the age of 10. After her time as a high school art teacher and participation in various activities in Japan and abroad, she retired as a high school teacher and has since been active in the studio while also hosting painting lessons at Sakura Saku Gakkō. She founded Haraizumi Art Project with Yuko Hatori in 2018.

絵を描き、木を彫り、アニメーションを作る人。
幼い頃から描いていて、同じ原動力で今も描いています
スタイル、技術、に裏づけされない、「らしさ」によらない見たこともない「自然」な絵が描きたい。
幸不幸を問わず、日々の小さな出来事も、日々を揺るがす大事件も、自分の絵の重要な要素で、生活とは創作のことだと思う。また創作とは日々のことだと思う。
何がいいのかわかんない、いいのかどうかもわかんない、
でも目が離せない、そうゆうのがいい。

One who draws pictures, carves wood, and creates animations.
I've been drawing since I was a child, and I'm still drawing with the same drive
I want to draw “natural” pictures, ones that aren't reassured by style or technique, and depend not on a “-ness”; ones that haven't even been seen before.
Despite fortune or misfortune, from small everyday events to big incidents that shake the foundation of everydays are all important parts of my drawings, and I think life is creation. Moreover, I think creation is what everyday means.
What's so good about this? Is it good at all? But you can't take your eyes off it. That's what's good.

京都を拠点に活動する、パフォーミング・アート グループ。

屋内外を問わず、空間が内包する膨大な情報を観客の中に流れる時間や記憶と結びつける独自の演出手法で、全国を旅しつつ作品を発表している。

近年は、空間そのものを作品として捉えるインスタレーションの手法を用い、風景画・風景写真とならぶ＜風景演劇＞という、新たな作品群の制作に取り組んでいる。

原泉アートプロジェクトには、今年で4年連続の参加。現地の空き家での集団生活体験を元に制作された、現実と虚構の狭間を行き来する6時間の風景展示型演劇作品『家をあければ』。集落の丘から見下ろす風景全体を舞台にした作品『風景によせて2020』など、毎年この地で既存の演劇にとらわれない作品を発信し続けている。2016年より、KAIKAアソシエイトカンパニー。

Sononochi is a performing arts company based in Kyoto.

They travel throughout Japan presenting their works which implement their unique directorial method, which connects the information within a particular space - be it outdoors or indoors - to the time and space that resides within the audience.

In recent years, they have been working on a new body of work called "landscape theater" (the likes of landscape painting and landscape photography), incorporating installation techniques that perceive the entire presentational space as the artwork.

Sononochi has now participated in Hiraizumi Art Days! for four consecutive years.

Works include “If you leave the house”, an exhibitory theater piece in which the performers' group life oscillates between reality and fiction for 6-hours, and “Dear Landscape 2020”, a piece placing the audience atop a hill placing the landscape of the entire village a part of the work.

Sononochi has been a KAIKA Associate Company since 2016.

「音読ライブ」と称し、自作の掌編小説を自身で読み上げる活動を各地で展開する。
言葉が音声として流れていく中での言葉の意味や聞き手の認識のあり方などを追求している。
美術家や音楽家など幅広いアーティストとのコラボレーションのほか、映像と音読を組み合わせた新たな言語表現、複数のスピーカーを使って様々な角度から声を発出させるパフォーマンスも手掛ける。

Born in 1985 in Osaka, Japan. He is a writer and office worker.

Calling his work "live readings," he travels around the country reading original short stories out loud. He pursues the meaning of words and the way the listener perceives them when they are experienced orally. In addition to collaborating with a wide range of artists and musicians, he also creates new forms of language expression by combining video and live readings, performed using multiple speakers to produce voices from various angles.

He has participated in events such as Shichiken-cho Happening (Shizuoka City), Strange Seed Shizuoka 2018 (Shizuoka City), Haraizumi Art Days! 2020 (Kakegawa City), and EBUNE Osaka - Nishinari Hyochaku.

1991年アメリカ、アラバマ州生まれ。幼少期に合気道をはじめる。大学では人間生態学、植物学、美術を専攻。卒業後数年間はメイン州で農業やガーデニングをして過ごす。絵画、音楽、インスタレーション、パフォーマンスといった様々な形の芸術作品を制作している。 2015年、かねてより念願であった合気道京都の道場長・岡本洋子の指導を受けるため来日する。合気道の修行中には京都近郊の風景のスケッチをする活動を始める。

自然を調査することで自分を自由にすることができるので、合気道を研究することとアートを作ることは私にとって関係があります。私にとって芸術的実践とは、目の前の生きている世界に近づき、正面に座り、よく見ることと、その質感に触れることの練習であり、好奇心から「生きているものの美しさ」を祝うことです。

Born in Alabama, USA, in 1991.Robin began studying aikido as a child. In university, she studied human ecology, botany and art, and spent several years farming and gardening in the state of Maine. She has created various works of art such as painting, music, installation, and performance. In 2015, she came to Japan to study aikido intensively under Yoko Okamoto, dojo-cho of Aikido Kyoto. While training there she began to sketch the natural landscape around Kyoto.

She finds aikido and art making to be interrelated practices; she explores how to free the self through the study of nature. She approaches the living world in front of and within her, sits with it, looks closely, and explores it's texture. Her curiosity celebrates the beauty in all living things.

She has participated in “Haraizumi Art Days! 2020 & 2021”.

1959年静岡県沼津市生まれ。1982年武蔵野美術大学油絵学科卒業後神奈川県教員として美術教育に携わる。2000年まで発表活動を行なっていたが、その後の20年間は休止。

コロナ禍にあってあらゆることがどうあるべきかを問われ、人類は特別扱いされるものなど何もないと気づかされた。そのような最中、2020年12月にDHARMA NUMAZU（旧耕文社本社工場）で個展「Let’s just get it start.Again」を期に活動を再開する。

「表現することの日常性」をテーマとして、あえてどのような状況であれ制作発信すること、作品だけでなく制作過程さえも晒していくことにより新たな人とのつながりを見出していけるのではないかと考えている。

Born in Numazu city, Shizuoka in 1959. After graduating from Musashino Art University's Department of Painting in 1982, he has been an art educator in Kanagawa prefecture. He has simultaneously produced constantly as an artist until 2000, but has taken a break for the next 20 years.

Amid the Covid-19 pandemic while questions have been raised about everything, he realised that humans are no more special than anything else. Iguchi resumed his art creation with his exhibition, “Let's just get it start.Again” at “DHARMA NUMAZU” (former Kobunsha headquarters factory) in December 2020.

Based on the theme of "the everydayness of expression," he believes that he will be able to find new connections with people by daring to produce and communicate his work under any circumstances, and by exposing not only his work but even his production process.

大阪出身。07年頃に米ニューヨークへ渡り画家として活動を始める。同時期、メキシコの僻地にて非営利ホースキャラバン団体に加わり馬で山を旅し、キャラバンによる遊牧生活で本質的な衣食住や遊びを考察・経験。 帰国後、絵画・写真・コラージュ等平面作品の他に、映像・音響・廃材・照明・レディメイドなど様々な素材を用いたインスタレーションを制作・発表していく。

近年は『雰囲気の向こう側』という概念を提唱し、意識に戯れ100%で絡みつくよくわからない凄味、直接感覚にクル気持ち良さ、存在自体が放つ包摂的ゾーン、雰囲気の少し先にある触り心地、と云ったような「意味のウラ面」を研究している。 また、構成・演出・音響・映像・美術・出演を一人で手掛ける単独舞台作品や、声・身体・鳴物を使ったパフォーマンス表現も行う。 2015年末より山梨県に移住。

一方で、複合芸術団体”ANTIBODIES Collective”でのコレクティブ活動、”民族M”や”BANANAperry”等の名義で音楽活動も行なっている。

Born in Osaka, Japan, he moved to New York in 2007 and started his career as a painter. At the same time, he joined a non-profit horse caravan group in a remote area of Mexico, traveling through the mountains on horseback, examining and experiencing the essential elements of food, clothing, shelter, and play in the nomadic life of a caravan. Since returning to Japan, he has been creating and exhibiting two-dimensional works such as paintings, photographs, and collages, as well as installations using a variety of materials such as video, audio, scrap wood, lighting, and ready-mades. 

In recent years, he has been advocating the concept of "the other side of the atmosphere" and researching the "underside of the meaning", such as the unfamiliar awesomeness that plays with our consciousness 100%, the pleasantness that directly affects our senses, the inclusive zone that existence itself gives off, and the tactile feeling that lies a little beyond the atmosphere. He also conducts solo performances in which he manages composition, direction, sound, video, art, and the actual performance single-handedly, as well as performative expressions using voice, body, and sound objects. He has been living in Yamanashi Prefecture since the end of 2015. 

At the same time, he is involved in collaborative activities with the "ANTIBODIES Collective," a multi-disciplinary arts organization, and in musical activities under the aliases "MINZOKU M" and "BANANAperry".

1983年生まれ。子供の頃からの遊びの延長線上で独学で絵を描くことを続け、ある時に自身が何故絵を描くのかという疑問から、自分以前の自分あるいは自分のようなものの存在に気付き何度も繰り返される物語の可能性について、反復と差異をテーマに主に絵画を制作し、そのパラノイア的思考から産み出される絵画は、リズミカルでユーモラスなものである。また文学の影響からマンガを使って表現をする。2016年京都momuragでの初個展以降からグループ展などに参加し活動を続ける。

Born in 1983. He has been painting on his own as an extension of his childhood play, and one day, from the question of why he paints, he became aware of the existence of a self or something like a self before him. His paintings are mainly based on the theme of repetition and difference, about the possibility of stories being repeated over and over again. The paintings produced from this paranoiac thinking are rhythmical and humorous. Due to his strong influence by literature, he expresses through the use of manga. Since his first solo exhibition at Kyoto Momurag in 2016, he has been pursuing his career through participation in group exhibitions and other creative activities.

「集団」と「個」をテーマに立体、平面、インスタレーションなど横断的に作品を展開。「ＰＬＹ」のメンバーとして実験的な展覧会の企画・運営も行う。

個人的な出来事や興味を作品の起点としており、それらにリアクションするように作品を制作している。日々の営みを紡ぐ日記のように、単純な行為の集積によって、作品に世の事象を内包させる。

Born in Gifu Prefecture, Japan. Completed his master's degree in sculpture at Tama Art University in 2016.
He has been developing a wide array of works in 3D, 2D, and as installations with the "group" and "individual” as underlying themes.As a member of "PLY," he also plans and organizes experimental exhibitions.

He kicks off his creative process from personal events or interests, and creates works in reaction to these stimuli. Like a diary of his daily activities, his works incorporate worldly events through the accumulation of simple actions.

静岡県　東伊豆生まれ

1995年国立ベルリン芸術大学彫刻学科、修士課程時代に再生紙パルプを使う立体制作を始める。1999年より楮の産地、徳島を活動の拠点に和紙の原料を使用した作品を制作、国内外で活動を続けた。2000年1年間のフィンランド滞在制作の際出会ったアーティスト達と文化交流プログラムを企画。2009年女性写真家Sanni Seppo, Ritva Kovalainenと共に「森と木のプロジェクト－Three Trees」をスタート。プロジェクトは、C.A.P./ 芸術と計画会議 / 神戸市、KAIR / 神山アーティスト・インレジデンス / 徳島、「The Golden Forest」展 / ヘルシンキ市立美術館 / フィンランド / と続いた。2013年台湾のご神木、それにまつわる儀式等をリサーチ、台北現代美術館において展覧会を開催。生活の中に存在する鎮守の杜、ご神木に魅せられ、テーマとした制作を続けている。近年は子供から大人まで、作る楽しさを伝えるワークショップを手掛けている。

Born in Higashi Izu, Shizuoka, Japan

In 1995, she began creating sculptures using recycled paper pulp during her master's course in sculpture at the Berlin University of the Arts. She has been based in Tokushima - famous for its kōzō (paper mulberry) - creating works using the raw materials used to make washi (Japanese paper) and exhibiting them in Japan and abroad. In 2000, she organized a cultural exchange program with artists she met during her yearlong residency in Finland. In 2009, she started "Forest and Trees Project: Three Trees" with female photographers Sanni Seppo and Ritva Kovalainen. This project was exhibited in association with the following groups: C.A.P. / The Conference on Art and Art Projects/ Kobe city, KAIR / Kamiyama Artist in Residence / Tokushima, “The Golden Forest” Exhibition / Helsinki Art Museum / Finland. In 2013, she researched sacred trees of Taiwan and related rituals and held an exhibition at the Museum of Contemporary Art Taipei. She is fascinated by sacred trees that exist in our daily lives and continues to explore this theme through her works. In recent years, she has been holding workshops for children and adults to share the joy of making art.

1989年中国の河南省生まれ。
現在、広島市立大学現代表現研究分野の博士後期課程1年生として、インスタレーションを使用し、「現代美術におけるコンセプトと造形表現の関係」をテーマに作品制作や研究に熱心に取り組んでいる。
特に中国文化と日本文化、そこから生じる社会現象における様々なギャップ、差異を表現している。過去の歴史と現在の社会問題にも積極的にアプローチしながら、日本と中国を取り巻く現象をモチーフに制作活動を行っている。

Born in 1989 in Henan Province, China.
As a first-year doctoral student in the field of Contemporary Expression Research at Hiroshima City University, she is engaged in creating installation works and conducting research on the theme of "the relationship between concept and formative expression in contemporary art".
In particular, she expresses various gaps and differences between Chinese and Japanese cultures and the social phenomena that arise from them. She actively approaches past history and current social issues, while using phenomena surrounding Japan and China as motifs in her work.

1990年中国江蘇省淮安市生まれ。2014年中国武漢で湖北工業大学、プロダクトデザイン学部卒業、同年に日本へ渡って、2018年桑沢デザイン研究所を退学、広島市立大学芸術学部デザイン学科現代表現に研究生として在籍し、2019年博士前期課程に進学し、2021年前期を終了した後、2022年同じ専攻博士後期課程をはじめる。自身の作品としては、現代社会への批判的視点で作品を作る。作品の制作だけではなく、国家、民族、また文化に基づいて日本、中国そしてアメリカなどの作家についての研究を行う。

Born in 1990 in Huaian, Jiangsu, China. She graduated from Hubei University of Technology, Department of Product Design in Wuhan, China in 2014, moved to Japan in the same year. After leaving Kuwasawa Design School in 2018, she enrolled as a research student studying contemporary expression in Hiroshima City University’s Department of Design, Faculty of Art. She entered the university’s master's course in 2019, completing the course in 2021. She will continue onto the doctoral program in the same department in 2022. She creates works from a critical perspective on contemporary society. In addition to creating artworks, she also conducts research on Japanese, Chinese, and American artists based on her national, ethnic, and cultural background.
